What's L3DESHOP?
A quick overview of the store, your account, checkout and delivery.
L3DESHOP is a digital store: everything you buy is delivered automatically, right after your payment is confirmed.
• Browse the shop and pick a product and a plan (variant).
• Add it to your cart or click Buy now.
• Enter your email, choose your payment method and pay.
• Your product is delivered instantly on your order page and by email.
You can find all your orders at any time in the Customer Panel (top right of the site).

The fastest way to get help is to open a ticket on our Discord server.
To get an answer quickly, always include:
• Your order ID (in your confirmation email or in the Customer Panel)
• The email used at checkout
• The product you bought
• A clear description of the problem and a screenshot if possible
Tickets without an order ID take longer to process. Please don't open several tickets for the same issue.
All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, no refunds are issued after purchase.
By completing your order, you request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the product has been delivered.
We will only step in if:
• You paid but never received your product
• You were charged twice for the same order
In these cases, contact us on Discord within 48 hours with your order ID and proof of payment. We will deliver the missing product or cancel the duplicate charge.
Any chargeback or payment dispute opened without contacting us first leads to the immediate revocation of your purchase and a permanent ban from the store.
• PayPal Friends & Family payments sent without the required note cannot be delivered or refunded.
By purchasing from L3DESHOP you agree that:
• Each license is for personal use only and must not be shared or resold.
• You are responsible for how you use the products you buy.
• Access can be revoked in case of chargeback, fraud or abuse.
• Prices, products and availability can change at any time.

Required note for PayPal F&F payments, or your order can't be delivered.
When you pay with PayPal Friends & Family, you MUST write the note shown on the payment page (your order ID) in the PayPal message field.
This note is the only way to link your PayPal payment to your order.
• Send the payment as "Friends and Family", never "Goods and Services".
• Copy the note exactly as shown, without changing it.
• Send the exact amount shown on the payment page.
⚠️ If the note is missing or wrong, your order will not be delivered and no refund will be issued.
SEND THE EXACT AMOUNT
• Send exactly the total shown on the payment page, in EUR.
• Do not let PayPal convert from another currency: conversion changes the amount we receive, and the order no longer matches.
⚠️ An order paid with the wrong amount is not delivered automatically. See “Wrong amount sent”.

The amount you send must match the order total exactly, to the cent. Delivery is automatic: our system compares what you sent with what the order says, and nothing is delivered if the two do not match.
PAYSAFECARD: THE +5% FEE IS PART OF THE TOTAL
Paysafecard orders carry a +5% fee, already included in the total shown at checkout. That total is the amount you must send.
• A €40.00 order is charged €42.00 with Paysafecard. You send €42.00, not €40.00.
• Check the total on the payment page before buying your voucher: a voucher that is too small cannot be topped up afterwards.
IF YOU SEND TOO LITTLE
Your order is put on hold. It is not cancelled, and the amount you sent is not automatically refunded.
Open a ticket on Discord with your order ID and send the missing amount: delivery happens as soon as the total is correct.
⚠️ We do not process automatic refunds on underpaid orders. Opening a chargeback instead of a ticket leads to the revocation of your purchase and a permanent ban — a ticket is faster and always gets resolved.
IF YOU SEND TOO MUCH
Open a ticket on Discord with your order ID. The difference is credited to your Account Balance and can be used on any future order.
What to do when your payment is not confirmed yet.
Card and PayPal payments are usually confirmed in a few seconds. Crypto payments need network confirmations and can take from a few minutes up to an hour.
• Don't pay twice: wait for the confirmation first.
• Check your email (and spam folder) for the payment confirmation.
• If it's still pending after 1 hour, open a ticket on Discord with your order ID.
Your product is delivered automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed.
1. Check your inbox and your spam / promotions folder.
2. Open the Customer Panel and log in with the email used at checkout: all your orders are there.
3. Make sure the payment is marked as completed.
Still nothing? Open a ticket on Discord with your order ID.
If you entered the wrong email, the delivery email went to that address.
Open a ticket on Discord with your order ID, the wrong email and the correct one. Once we have verified the order, we will send the product to the right address.
A code can be refused if:
• It has expired or reached its usage limit
• Your cart is under the minimum amount (e.g. L3DESHOP5 needs €5 minimum)
• It is a first-order code and you already ordered with this email
• It doesn't apply to the products in your cart
Codes are entered on the payment page, in the “Have a discount code?” field.
Click Customer Panel at the top right of the site, then log in with the email you used at checkout. You will receive a one-time login code by email.

Nora Tools — FPS boost & game cleaner
Before you start
Keep your Nora Tools key at hand: it is in your delivery, on your order page and in your email.
Use Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) and always run the loader as administrator.
Close the game and its launcher completely before cleaning.
If Windows or your antivirus blocks the file, add an exclusion for the loader folder.
Steps
Open your order and copy the key you received in the delivery.
Download the loader from the link in your order.
Right-click the loader and choose Run as administrator.
Enter your key in the activation field and validate.
Pick the game you want to clean (FiveM, Fortnite, Rust…) and start the clean.
Wait until it finishes, then relaunch the game.
Cleaning removes the cache and leftover files of the game you picked, so the next launch can take a bit longer while the game rebuilds them. That is normal.
